1. Does the installation of Modular Pod require professionals?
   • No, Modular Pod adopts a modular design and can be assembled and disassembled quickly. We provide a detailed installation guide, and you can install it yourself according to the steps. If necessary, we also provide installation services to ensure that everything is completed smoothly.
2. What are the requirements for the site before installation?
   • You only need to level the ground (slope <3°), and no foundation construction is required. The pod legs can be adjusted in height (5-15cm), suitable for common ground such as cement, floor tiles, and hard grass.
3. Can the internal height or width of the pod be adjusted?
   • The width and height support ±20% scaling (limited by structural strength), and the layout partition position can be fully customized. Just confirm the drawings before production.
4. Can the pre-buried pipelines support later modifications?
   • Redundant interfaces and inspection ports are reserved for water, electricity, and ventilation ducts, allowing for the addition and removal of branch lines later, but the location of the main pipeline must be determined during the production stage.
5. Is the pod safe in extreme weather?
   • The frame has passed the wind pressure (level 12 wind) and snow load (1.5m thick) tests, and the weather resistance of the sealing material meets the ISO 9227 standard, and is not afraid of high and low temperatures or humid environments.
6. Is it compatible with the customer’s existing power supply/water supply system?
   • The pre-buried pipe interface is compatible with common market specifications (such as DN20 water pipes, 220V/380V circuits), and only needs to be connected to the external main pipeline without the need to convert equipment.
7. What steps are required for cabin maintenance?
   • It is only necessary to check the sealing strips and support bolts once a year, and the facade can be rinsed with water for daily cleaning (strong acid/alkaline solvents are prohibited).
8. What is covered by the warranty?
   • The main structure (frame, wall) is guaranteed for 50 years, and the sealing and surface coating are guaranteed for 25 years. Man-made damage or installation not in accordance with specifications is not covered by the warranty.
