Installation

• Site Preparation & Foundation Installation
  Clear and level the site, then install the foundation (e.g., concrete footings or slabs) as per design specifications.
• Receiving & Inspecting Components
  Upon delivery, check all components for any damage or defects and verify quantities and specifications.
• Positioning & Securing Structural Components
  Use cranes to lift and position steel frames, then secure components with bolting or welding as per the design.
• Alignment & Leveling
  Measure and adjust the alignment, elevation, and leveling of the structure to ensure accuracy and stability.
• Installing Secondary Components
  Install purlins, girts, and other secondary elements that support the roof and walls.
• Roof, Wall Cladding & Windows Installation
  Attach roof panels, wall sheeting, and install windows and doors, ensuring proper sealing and weatherproofing.
• Temporary Bracing Removal & Final Inspection
  Once the structure is stable, remove temporary bracing and conduct a final inspection for compliance and safety.

Safety & Quality Checks
Perform safety inspections and ensure the building meets all relevant quality and safety standards before final handover.
